Physical Culture is a fusion of sport and dance.

 

The choreographed syllabus is performed to fun modern music suitable to each age. 

The dance styles incorporated into the syllabus are jazz, ballet, contemporary, hip hop, aerobics and yoga.

Physical Culture

improves strength, fitness, flexibility,

co-ordination, balance and assists with brain development and confidence.

 

Physie classes are for girls and Ladies from 3 years of age. The classes support and encourage girls and women of every age to feel like a valuable member of our group and the community.

Do Physie for fun, exercise and socializing or be competitive and participate in the annual individual and team competitions held at the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Olympic Park.
